Solaris Lab NY Reviews

Focused product line for hair-growth and skin-care devices, with items like LED scalp massagers and red-light tools available directly on the site.

Many positive customer testimonials on the site describe the products as relaxing, easy to use, and helpful for scalp comfort and hair-care routines.

Some third-party reviews are favorable, including reports of thicker-looking hair, less shedding, and improved scalp health after consistent use.

The site claims its devices are non-invasive and FDA-cleared, with rare side effects such as mild warmth or temporary redness.

Independent review quality is mixed: Thingtesting shows only 2.0/5 based on 3 reviews, with just 33% recommending it to a friend.

Some customers report product durability or performance issues, including items stopping after a short time and dissatisfaction with refund handling.

At least one review says a device was “not worth it,” citing a poor fit and unstable charging system.

Evidence on results is not uniform: some reviews are enthusiastic, while others say it was too early to tell or that claims did not match their experience.

BBB shows no accreditation for the business, which may matter for shoppers who use that as a trust signal.
